Thin lips treatment explained

Causes

Some of us are born with naturally thin or small lips, or even lips that are asymmetrical. In others, facts of ageing – such as loss of collagen in the lips, together with thinner skin – and the possibility of increased sun exposure can all minimise our smiles.

Treatment

Dermal fillers are the best way to treat thin lips. Targeted injections can help to volumise, sculpt and define, enhancing the shape and size of the lips, as well as giving them a more balanced appearance (for example, if you have asymmetrical lips or one of your lips is thinner than the other). Results are often immediate and long-lasting, and the procedure is much safer and faster than surgery.

We always aim to create a natural, harmonious look in proportion with your other features and won’t administer more than needed. Our fillers are also all dissolvable – if you change your mind. We’ll go slowly, stage-by-stage, to build your results, using premium brands such, as Juvederm and Belotero. You can further enhance your lips at home by using liner to emphasise their size and gloss to create volume.
