1. What is EMSELLA?

   EMSELLA is a pelvic floor strengthening device that uses novel high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology. A single EMSELLA session induces thousands of Kegel-like contractions to train your pelvic floor muscles without any effort.

2. Who is the right candidate for this treatment?

   Urinary incontinence can affect many people, whether that’s through natural ageing weakening your pelvic floor, or having just delivered a baby. 3. What does the treatment entail?

   The EMSELLA delivers its electrolyte technology through a chair. It is a truly non-invasive procedure where patients remain fully clothed. All you have to do is sit on the EMSella chair for a 28-minute session. This treatment is completely painless; it simply feels like an intense pelvic floor workout.

4. Is there anything I need to do before or after this treatment?

   There is no downtime involved with this treatment whatsoever. You can get back to your daily activity immediately following the procedure.

5. How long before I see results?

   Patients can begin to feel tangible results right after the treatment. This will vary depending on your age, physical condition, and other aspects. Positive results typically continue to improve over the next few weeks.

6. How many sessions do I need?

   We recommend booking in twice a week for three weeks to see the best results. Then maintaining these results through having sessions every 6 months, depending of course, on what you need / how much you need.
