1. How can Obagi help me?

   Obagi is a leader in good skin health – it’s not just about making your skin look great, but about optimising skin health from the inside-out. Treatments can target ageing, damage, pigmentation, acne and more, calling on decades of science and innovation, with a product for every age, skin type and skin concern.  We take a unique approach with treatment, combining it with prescription medications to treat concerns such as acne and rosacea.

2. What happens during an appointment?

   Our consultation is designed to help identify your skin type and concerns, so we can suggest products that will work for your unique needs. We also offer a range of products on our eshop, which can be delivered direct to your door, so there never needs to be a break in your skincare regime. Finally, we adapt and customise your care the longer you use the products, ensuring results are maintained over time.

3. How long do results take?

   Skincare can be complicated to predict as so many factors – such as age, lifestyle and genetics – can come into play. However, we’re experts in aesthetics and various skin concerns and this knowledge and expertise helps guide us in the recommendations we make to you.

4. How long do the results last?

   For true, lasting results, skincare isn’t a case of a quick fix or a one-off. It’s about developing a daily regime of products that will treat, maintain and enhance your skin to ensure it’s healthy as well as radiant. Just as crash dieting won’t help you lose weight in the long-run, neither will a skincare product work if used just once or for a limited time.

5. Will I need other treatments?

   We often recommend in-clinic treatments alongside our skincare suggestions, as these can work together to create even greater results. For instance, we may use prescription medications alongside your skincare products. We’d be happy to talk to you about these during your consultation.

6. Are there any risks related to Obagi skincare?

   It depends on the product you’re using. For example, certain skin brightening products many require you to use sun protection and it’s always possible that you could be allergic to ingredients, which is why we introduce products slowly and always recommend patch-testing.

7. What's recommended for my skin?

   The great thing about Obagi is that they truly consider all types of skin when creating their medical-grade products. However, it’s always worth booking a consultation with us, so we can advise you on what will help create skin that’s comfortable, healthy and happy.

8. What happens if I don’t see the results I’m expecting?
